摘  要:本试验旨在研究乳化油脂对小鼠脂肪代谢的影响。选取21日龄健康小鼠200只,随机分为5组(每组5个重复,每个重复8只):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂分别添加4%椰子油、4%乳化椰子粉、8%乳化椰子粉和4%豆油的试验饲粮,试验期14 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加4%和8%乳化椰子粉的料重比显著低于4%椰子油和豆油组(P<0.05)。2)各试验组的脏器指数均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)饲粮添加4%乳化椰子粉血清中的TC和HDL-C浓度显著高于4%椰子油、8%乳化椰子粉和4%豆油组(P<0.05)。4)各油脂添加组的肝脏总脂肪含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。5)饲粮添加4%乳化椰子粉的回肠小肠绒毛长度显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,小鼠饲粮添加4%乳化椰子粉,提高了血清脂质水平,减少小肠绒毛降低趋势,并降低了饲粮的料重比。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of emulsified oil on early lipid metabolism of mice. Two hundreds mice (Mus muscu-lus castaneus) at 21d of age with healthy condition were randomly allocated to 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 8 mice per replicate. The mice were randomly subjected to one of the following 5 treatments for 14 days: basal diet, adding 4% coconut oil, 4% emulsified coconut powder, 8% emulsified coconut powder and 4% soy oil diet, respectively. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared to adding 4% coconut oil and soy oil, 4% and 8% emulsified coconut powder significantly reduced F/G (P〈0. 05 ). 2) There was no signifi- cantly different between each groups (P〉0. 05). 3) Compared with 4% coconut oil, 8% emulsified coconut powder and 4% soy oil, and 4% emulsified coconut powder significantly increased serum concentrations of TC and HDL-C. 4) There was no significantly difference be- tween adding oil groups. 5 ) Adding 4% emulsified coconut powder significantly increased the length of intestine villus in ileum. It was concluded that adding 4% emulsified coconut powder in mice diet increased the activity of lipase, protected the small intestine villus, increased lipid digestion and absorption, and decreased the F/G of diets.
