摘　　要：教师的招聘流程一般分为初试、复试、试讲和面试4个阶段.利用矩阵的对角线知识对6个面试者的面试顺序做一个合理的编排,建立最优化模型,采用C++语言编程计算出每一种面试顺序花费的总时间,发现最佳的面试安排顺序,其面试全程所用总时间是大大低于普通程序面试所用时间.The process of recruiting reachers was divided into four stages ,which includes preliminary test ,retest ,trial lecture and interview . The six interviewees＇interview order was reasonably arranged by using the diagonal knowledge of matrix ,and an optimization model was estab-lished .The total time cost by each interview order was calculated through C ＋ ＋ language programming ,and the best interview order is cdfbae , w hich only cost 165 minutes .
