高职不同职业岗位体育教学内容的构建与对策

摘　　要：为了强化对学生在未来职业岗位所需要的职业体能、技能与保健等职业素能的培养,针对高职院校机械制造专业不同职业岗位的工作特点,构建了以车间技术、操作、管理等不同职业岗位的体育教学内容,并从师资队伍建设、教材建设、体育场馆、器材设施的完善与使用管理、考核评价方法等方面提出了相应的实施对策,力图为促进高职院校其他专业的体育教学改革提供建设性的参考意见.To strengthen the train of the students＇fitness ,skills ,health and else which is needed in professional positions in the future .The high vocational colleges build the technology ,operation ,management ,and other different professional posts of the physical education contents , according to the characteristics of work in different occupation post ofthe mechanical engineering maior in colleges .And proposed the promote measures In the aspect of constructing of the teachers team and teaching material ,managing of sports venues and equipment facilities ,evaluation methods and so on ,in order to provide constructive reference opinions on PE teaching reform in other professional in higher vocational colleges .
