摘  要:在统筹城乡教育背景下对重庆文理学院"国培班"的学员进行的调查发现,重庆市在实施农村中小学教师置换脱产培训中虽然一定程度上促进了教师素质的提升,但是在实施过程也暴露出一些问题。要从培训需求分析、培训组织与设计、培训形式、培训效果评价四个角度来完善重庆市农村中小学教师置换脱产培训体系,以期更好地促进"国培计划"的实施。A survey on the"National Training Class"students of Chongqing University of Arts and Science found that the city of Chongqing improved the quality of teachers to a certain degree in the implementation of the"National Training Plan", but some shortages aslo exposed in the implementation process under the background of balancing urban and rural education development. For its shortages and based on the actual situation, countermeasures and proposals are put forward from the training needs analysis, training design and organization, the form of training and training effectiveness evaluation to perfecting Chongqing rural primary and secondary school teachers replacement training system, soas for better prornote the implementation of"National Training Plan".
