摘　　要：信息技术的迅猛发展促进了医学院校实施新一轮的教学改革,特别是教学质量管理体系的发展和创新。针对教育信息化背景下传统教学质量管理存在对信息技术的认识不够、应用程度不足、缺乏有效的教学质量监控等问题,借鉴先进质量管理理论,从教学质量管理理念、教学环节监控、教学质量评价、教学资源建设、人才队伍建设等方面提出切实有效的解决对策,以资为其他高校实施教学质量管理改革提供借鉴。The rapid development of information technology promotes a new education reform carried out by the medical colleges and schools,especially in the field of development and innovation of the management system of teaching quality. There are several problems in traditional management of teaching quality under the background of IT application in education sector,including the pool awareness of IT,the low level of IT application,and the lack of the effectual supervision on the teaching quality management etc. As a result,I put forward feasible suggestions,based on the study of advanced management theory of teaching quality,in such main aspects as follows： the concept of the quality management,the supervision in the teaching link,the assessment of teaching quality,the building of teaching resource,and the cultivation of talent team. I hope the research,if possible,could contribute to the reform of teaching quality management in other colleges and schools.
