摘　　要：针对高职英语教学实际,运用现代信息手段,以激励理论为指导,构建基于激励机制的网络英语阅读环境。通过实际应用构建的基于激励机制的网络英语阅读软硬件环境,学生的英语阅读兴趣和阅读能力有了较明显提高。based on the practical situation of English teaching in higher vocational colleges,using modern information means,with the guidance of incentive theory,this paper tries to build up an environment for the on- line English reading based on incentive mechanism. Through practical application,we find that the students＇ reading interest and reading ability are improved obviously.
