摘 要:大侧倾角下,轮胎侧偏力学特性仅仅采用等效侧偏角的方法不能进行准确描述,还需要考虑侧倾对其他关键参数的影响。基于简单刷子模型,建立轮胎稳态侧倾侧偏工况侧向力物理模型,导出用于半经验建模的理论边界条件。采用定性分析及试验观察相结合的方法分析侧倾对侧偏刚度和摩擦因数的影响,并建立相应的半经验模型。根据理论边界条件,分析侧倾对UniTire稳态侧向力模型中曲率因子的影响,并提出新的曲率因子表达式。通过轮胎试验数据进行参数辨识,结果表明所建立的UniTire稳态侧向力模型具有很高的精度,并且能够表达大侧倾角下轮胎的力学特性。Tire cornering mechanical properties with large camber cannot be accurately described without considering the key factors changed by the camber. Based on the simple brush model, the tire lateral force model under steady-state side-slip and camber condition is proposed to derive the boundary conditions for semi-empirical model. The variation of cornering stiffness and frictional coefficient that the camber brings to the cornering mechanical properties are analyzed by the method of qualitative analysis and experimental observation and then the corresponding models are proposed. According to the boundary conditions, the impact between the lateral curvature factor of the steady-state UniTire lateral force model and camber is analyzed so that the new lateral curvature factor is proposed. The revised steady-state UniTire lateral force model is verified by the tire test data and the results show that it has good prediction capability and suits for large camber.
