摘  要:基于生活世界理论,一个人只有在摆脱了特殊世界的限制之后,才能真正进入无成见的、不先入为主的普遍世界。若依据这一理论视域重新考察教师的世界,由于受到各自境域与习惯的局限,教师在判断和行动时首先依赖其特殊世界,藉着自然态度去决定如何行动。如果教师能有意识地克服自身境域的局限,或许能开启他在此境域中的重新判断与行动的可能性空间,并可能让自己"被唤醒",他的世界也将因此显现奇迹了,他也能够成功地驾驭其整个生活。Based on life-world theory, only when one gets rid of the restriction of particular world, can he enter into the universal world which is un-prepossessed. Re-understanding the teacher's world according to the life-world theory, we can find that the teacher depends on his particular world first when judging and acting, and decides how to act according to his natural attitude. If the teacher can consciously overcome the limit of his conditions, he may get the possibility to re-judge and re-act, and make himself "be woken up", then the miracle will appear in his career life-world, and he can control his whole life successfully.
