摘 要:食品供应链的成员是实施可追溯系统的主体。本文在"农户—加工企业—零售企业"3层食品供应链框架下,构建数学模型分析各层成员实施可追溯系统的行为决策和互动机理。研究结果表明,下游成员可追溯系统精确度的提高能够激励上游成员更努力地提供安全产品,但同时也会降低上游成员实施可追溯系统的精确度;食品质量安全事件危害程度的增大会激励供应链各层成员提高可追溯系统的精确度。Supply chain members are the main body for the implementation of a food traceability system. A game model is designed based on three-tier supply chain framework "farmers-processing enterprises-retail enterprises". The model is used to analyze behavioral decision and interaction mechanism of supply chain members in a food traceability system. It is found that the improvement of the traceability of downstream members can increase product( material) safety provided by downstream members,and reduce the willingness of improving traceability of downstream members. It is also found that an increased harm of food poisoning accidents can reduce the willingness of improving traceability of downstream members.
