摘  要:高等教育大众化进程中,我国教师教育改革也已经进入深水区。基于高等教育大众化和教师专业化的视角,创新教师教育理论体系,建设学科制度;完善教师教育标准体系,健全质量保障制度;注重教师教育内涵发展,提升人才培养质量;践行教师教育课程标准,深化培养模式改革;坚守高师院校服务定位,发挥学科专业引领作用,是全面深化教师教育改革,实践教师教育质量观面临的五个关切问题。In the process of higher education popularization, the reform of teacher education in China has entered the deep water area. Under the perspective of higher education popularization and teachers education specialization, the following five important things should be done: innovating the system of teacher education and constructing the system of discipline,improving the standards of teacher education system and improving quality assurance system,attaching importance to the development of connotation of teacher education and improving the quality of talent training, implementing the standards of teacher education and deepening the reform of talent training mode,adhering to the service orientation in Higher normal university and playing the leading role in professional disciplines, in order to deepen the reform of teachers and implement the concept of quality of teacher education.
