摘  要:当前卫生行政部门在全国医疗机构中积极推进质量持续改进工作,其中品管圈活动作为质量改进的有效管理工具现已在数千家医疗机构中广泛开展.为解决医院现有的行政组织结构体系与品管圈工具基层驱动之间存在的矛盾,中山医院尝试在组织管理结构、平台建设、内训师培养激励等方面综合采取了一些措施,很好地推动了品管圈活动,在实践中取得了良好成效.Continuous quality improvement campaign is ongoing nationwide in the medical institutions as encouraged by the health authorities,and the quality control circle(QCC)among which has found extensive use in several thousand hospitals as an effective means of quality improvement.In an effort to eliminate the conflicts between the existing hospital administrative structure and the incentives of frontline staff to use the QCC tools,such measures as administrative structure reform,platform building and internal trainers training were employed,which effectively boosted the QCC campaign.
