摘　　要：在社会化条件下加强高校后勤企业文化建设,是推动后勤社会化改革的需要,是坚持高校属性的需要,是促进后勤企业发展的需要。在文化建设过程中,高校后勤企业进行文化建设,应该目标明确、任务具体、形式多样。同时,要用社会主义核心价值观去引导人,处理好经济建设和文化建设的关系。Strengthening cultural construction of logistic businesses in colleges and universities under the condition of socialization is the necessary of promoting logistical socialization reform, keeping the universities feature and ad- vancing logistic enterprise development. In the culture construction process, logistic enterprise in colleges and uni- versities should clear targets, specify missions and have various forms. There also need to lead the populace with socialist core values and handle the relation of economic construction and cultural construction.
