摘　　要：深入剖析了安全教育现象与规律,归纳出其"以人为核心"的属人本质属性、源于安全培训实践的显著特征和综合与交叉的学科属性。首先,通过对教育学与安全科学的比较与借鉴,从学科视角提出了安全教育学概念,阐述了其属性、特征、研究范畴、功能及其学缘关系等学科的内涵与外延;其次,在系统分析安全教育学理论的基础上,提出安全教育学六个层面的基础理论体系,阐述了安全教育学三层次六方面研究内容;最后,根据学科体系划分与构建的原则,参照安全科学与教育科学学科体系,较为系统地构建了安全教育学横向与纵向学科体系。This paper renders that safety education is a human-centered interdisciplinary subject and origi- nates from practice. Firstly, by comparing and referring to the two disciplines as education and safety sci- ence, the paper delimits the definition of safety pedagogy and expounds its properties,characteristics, func tions and relations with other disciplines. Then, the paper puts forward a theoretic framework for safety pedagogy and explores its six research areas at three levels. At last, according to the disciplinary classifica- tion and construction, the paper constructs the horizontal and vertical disciplinary system of safety pedago- gy, referring to the disciplinary systems of safety science and education.
