摘 要:运用化学分析的方法,测定了采自吉首大学校园的棕榈种子和花序的部分营养成分。结果表明,棕榈种子中的灰分(1.43%)和蛋白质(0.48%)含量高于花序,粗淀粉含量达48.3%。花序中的可溶性糖(0.45%)、粗纤维(45.22%)、粗脂肪(3.17%)、有机酸(2.56%)和维生素C(4.52%)含量高于种子。种子和花序中的微量元素表现为K含量最高,P、Mn、Zn、Fe次之,Cu含量最少,种子中的Zn含量低于花序。棕榈种子和花序具有高纤维、高钾和低脂肪、低热量的营养优点,但蛋白质和维生素C含量偏低。The contents of main nutrition in seed and inflorescence of Trachycarpus fortunei collected from Jishou university was analyzed by chemical methods .The results showed that the contents of ash (1 .43% ) and protein (0 .48% ) in seed were higher than those in inflorescence ,with the crude starch of 48 .3% in seed .Inflorescence had higher contents of soluble sugar (0 .45% ) ,crude fiber (45 .22% ) , crude fat (3 .17% ) ,organic acid (2 .56% ) and Vc (4 .52% ) compared with those in seed .The trace ele-ment of K had the highest content in seed and inflorescence ,and the contents of P ,Mn ,Zn ,Fe and Cu decreased successively .The seed and inflorescence owned nutritional advantages of higher contents of fi-ber and potassium and lower contents of fat and calorie .However ,the contents of protein and Vc were relatively poor .
