河北省高师院校体育专业微格教学应用现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：微格教学进入我国已有三十年的历史,在师范类院校中受到普遍重视,但在师范类体育教育专业的应用情况却不容乐观。对河北省内10所综合性师范院校体育教育专业微格教学的应用情况现状进行调研,对150名副教授以上职称体育教育专业教师发放问卷调查,并对调研结果进行统计和分析,探讨微格教学现状及影响微格教学在河北省师范院校体育教育专业应用的主要因素。为推动河北省师范院校体育教育专业开展微格教学和培训提供参考。It has been three decades since microteaching was first introduced in China,which is universally attached in normal u-niversities,but expects sport major.Through the research of the application of microteaching of Physical Educational major in 10 comprehensive normal universities,the paper presents the situation of microteaching and points out the main factors that influ-ence the application of microteaching in the major of Physical Education of normal universities in Hebei Province,which is based on the questionnaires distributed to 150 at least associate professors,followed by accurate statistics and logical analysis.That makes a reference for promoting the development of microteaching as well as training in Physical Educational major of normal u-niversities in Hebei Province.
