摘　　要：成教学生的思想政治教育工作应大力传承儒家思想,坚持以育人为核心,注重实效,构建以建设传承儒家教育思想的思想政治教育队伍为突破口、以具有儒家特色的德育考评制度体系为保障、以网络教育、课堂教育、校园文化为重要载体、具有可持续发展长效机制的儒家思想思政教育新模式。The ideological and political teaching work of adult education must vigorously inherit Confucian thoughts, adhere to educating the person as the core, focus on pragmatic results, construct a new teaching mode of Confucian ideological and political features with the team building as the sally port, with the moral education evaluation system characterized with Confucian virtues as the guarantee, with network education, classroom teaching, campus culture as the vital carrier, with a sustainable long--term mechanism.
