摘　　要：对我省高校健美课开课率、教学内容、教学形式等方面进行分析研究,找出存在的问题并提出有效提高健美课程建设的方案,旨在为调整课程结构和深化学校体育改革提供参考依据,以促进我省高校健美教学的快速发展。This thesis gives analysis to the coverage rate,content and forms of body building courses,finds problems and gives suggestion on how to make better construction on body building courses,in order to provide reference on speeding up the development of body-building courses and improue the body-building teaching in Henan province.
