创业企业家个人特质与融资效率关系的实证研究

摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查的方式收集了77家样本企业的数据,采用多元回归分析的方法,分别研究了创业企业家人口特征和心理特征对创业企业融资效率的影响。研究结果表明:创业企业家的年龄、创业前工作年限与创业企业总资产收益率显著正相关;创业企业家性别、文化程度与创业企业总资产收益率不具有相关性;创业企业家的能力特质、观念特质、气质特征与创业企业总资产收益率具有显著相关性;创业企业家的风险倾向与创业企业总资产收益率不具有相关性。This essay, based on the statistics from 77 sample companies through questionnaire survey, using multiple regression analysis method, separately researched the influence of population characteristics and individual mental characteristics to startup business financing efficiency. The result showed that there were an obvious positive correla- tion between the startup business＇ ROA （return on total assets） and the entrepreneur＇ s age and working experi- ence, no correlation between the ROA and the entrepreneur＇ s gender and degree of education, an obvious correla- tion between the ROA and the entrepreneur＇ s capacity, concept and qualities, however no correlation between the ROA and the entrepreneur＇s risk preference.
