摘  要:目的分析公立医院医师离职原因,提出对策建议。方法采用资料分析法和问卷调查法进行分析。结果医院管理、薪酬待遇、人际关系、医院文化和培训培养等均对医师离职有重大影响。结论医院应建立公平合理的薪酬体系;分类别、分层次推进人才培养;帮助员工合理确定职业生涯规划;实行人性化管理,营造和谐的医院文化。Objective To propose countermeasures for physicians resignation in a public hospital. Method Data analysis and Questionnaire survey method were used for analysis. Result Hospital management, salary, interpersonal relationship, hospital culture, education and training were influencing factors for the resignation of physicians. Conclusion Hospital should establish a fair and reasonable salary system, promote training based on different categories and levels, help the staff to determine a reasonable occupation career planning, implement humanized management and create harmonioushospital culture.
