地市电大现代学习中心模式设计

摘　　要：远程开放教育试点要求逐步建立起学习中心体系，为学生个别化自主学习提供良好的学习资源、方法指导、心理支持和实践环节等服务。以地市为区域，依托电大系统，构建以网络技术为核心的现代学习中心值得深入探讨，本文就此提出地市现代学习中心的总体模式和建设原则。Distance open education pilot centres require the gradual establishment of the study centre system, which should provide rich resources for students' individualised self-autonomy study, learning tips, psychological support and procedures in practice. It deserves further discussion to establish modern study centres which should centre on network technology, build on prefectural cities and rely on TVU system. This article will propose a general mode and principles for the establishment of modern study centres in prefectural cities.
