浅析大学生职业道德和企业文化实践基地建设的重要作用

摘　　要：职业道德教育已经成为当前高职教育必不可少的内容,但是大多数学校对职业道德教育的长期性与系统性特征认识不充分,或者说没有将职业道德教育的长期性和系统性贯彻落实到实际教学中。大学生职业道德和企业文化实践基地建设,延伸了教育的链条,将职业道德教育由"校园"教育变成了"终身"教育,充分实现了职业道德教育的长期性。基地建设同时又将职业道德教育与企业文化学习充分结合,职业道德教育与技术操作互相促进,实现了职业道德教育的系统性。Professional ethics education has become an essential element of higher vocational education, but most colleges are not fully aware of the long-term and systematic characteristics of professional ethics education. That is to say they do not imple-ment the long-term and systematic of professional ethics educa-tion into actual teaching. The construction of college students＇ professional ethics and enterprises culture practice bases has ex-tended the educational chains, which transfers the education on professional ethics from the ＂campus＂ education to a ＂lifelong＂education, completely achieving the goal of long-term profes-sional ethics education. Also, this construction has fully com-bined the professional ethics education with corporate culture learning, and made this education and technical operation pro-mote each other, thus achieving the systematicness of professional ethics education.
