摘　　要：本文全面阐述了职教集团实训基地资源共享的基本内涵与主要形式,深刻分析了职教集团实训基地资源实现有效共享的基本条件及遵循原则,并结合我国职业教育集团化办学的现状,从共享协调机构建设、政策性经费补偿及公共实训中心建设等方面提出了实训基地资源共享的具体建议。This article describes the basic meaning and main forms of resources sharing of internship and training base of vo-cational education group, analyzes the basic requirements and main principles of effective sharing of internship and training base of vocational education group. Combining with the status quo of vocational education group in our country, this article puts forward the specific suggestions of sharing the construction of co-ordinating agency, the policy-related compensation and the con-struction of public internship and training center.
