摘  要:教学实效性的内核包括学科知识技能、过程方法和主体情感态度、价值观三方面。高职语文教学实效性的弱化有其客观和自身原因,教学改革应着力于实现三维教学目标。其中课程定位不仅要实用、契合专业,更要人性化。同时构筑多元化的教学平台,打造激情和谐课堂,以此促成学生兴趣、思维、方法、精神的全新改变。The core of teaching effectiveness includes such three aspects as disciplinary knowledge and skills, process and ap-proaches, and mainstream emotional attitudes and values. There are internal and objective reasons causing the weakening of the effectiveness of higher vocational Chinese language teaching, the teaching reform of which should focus on the realization of a three-dimensional goal. The positioning of the course should be practical, major-oriented and humanistic. Meanwhile, a pluralis-tic teaching platform should be constructed and on enthusiastic and harmonious class should be established, in order to promote students' totally new changes in interest, thinking, method and spirit.
