图书馆员自我刻板印象分析

摘　　要：为了从刻板印象视角了解图书馆员群体如何看待自己,文章通过大样本问卷调查和SPSS统计发现,图书馆员认为自己是称职的图书保管员;图书馆工作虽然女性居多且被认为是女性职业,但女性职业特征并不充分;群体内对于图书馆员工作的社会地位呈现两极看法;图书馆员自我刻板印象表现出极度的偏爱自我和贬低工作。Based on the theory of stereotype, the authors try to discover the librarians＇ self-images in their own minds. With a large-sample survey and SPSS statistics, it is found out that： librarians believe that they are competent; library work is not sheer feminine although most librarians are female; librarians＇ opinions on library social status seem polarized; librarians＇ self-stereotype is manifested as extreme self-preference and playing down the job.
