摘  要:研究了磺酸盐类阴离子型、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子型、聚有机硅氧烷(氨基聚硅氧烷、聚醚聚硅氧烷)等多种类型的表面活性助剂及其复配混合体系对酸性蛋白酶活力的影响。结果表明,磺酸盐类阴离子型对酶活力影响较大,起抑制作用甚至使酶失活;脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚非离子型对酶活力影响较小,或是起激活作用;氨基聚有机硅氧烷对酶活力有较小抑制作用,而聚醚聚有机硅氧烷有激活作用,能提高酶活力20%以上。助剂复配体系中,非离子助剂可明显削弱磺酸盐类阴离子助剂对酶活力的抑制作用。It was investigated that the effects of diverse surface active additives, which including anionic sulfonate, nonionic fatty acid polyoxyethylene esters and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers, amino polysiloxane and polyether polysiloxane, and some mixtures of selected ones, on the activity of acidic protease. The results indicated that the anionic surfactant active additives had an obvious impact on the enzyme activity and played an inhibition role, even resulting in almost complete inactivation of enzyme activity, but nonionic surface active additives had a little effect on the protease ac- tivity and activated the enzyme activity at an appropriate condition. Furthermore, amino polysiloxane has a slight inhibi- tion on the enzyme activity, while polyether polysiloxane can enhance the enzyme activity by 20-30%. Moreover, nonionic active additives can weaken remarkably inhibition influence of anionic sulfonate on the protease activity when they are blended together.
