网络环境下大学生非正式学习能力培养探析

摘　　要：学校正规的课堂学习已经不能满足大学生的自身发展及学习需要,非正式学习逐渐被认为是促进大学生适应社会需求及实现终身学习的最佳途径。分析了非正式学习的理论背景,基于对大学生网络非正式学习现状的实践调查与分析,发现网络环境下大学生非正式学习存在服务于学校正规学习的意识不强、网络非正式学习的知识与能力不足、学习自我监控能力差等主要问题。以整合非正式学习与学校正规学习的思想为指导,构建了提升大学生非正式学习能力的培养模式及其实施策略。School formal classroom learning can no longer meet students＇ learning needs and their development. Informal learning is increasingly recognized the best way to prompt college students to adapt to social demand standards for talent and to achieve lifelong learning. This paper analyzes the theoretical background of informal learning, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of college students＇ informal learning situation in network environment, found that college students＇ informal learning exists some main problems, such as the sense of serving the school＇s formal learning is weak, the knowledge and ability of informal learning in network environment is insufficient, the ability of learning self-monitoring is poor. Takes integrating informal learning and school formal learning as an guidance, constructs training model to enhance the ability of college students＇ informal learning, elaborates the implementation strategy of this model.
