功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料中几个技术指标的测定

摘　　要：本研究测定了江西省农业科学院畜牧兽医研究所与江西新天地药业有限公司兽药研究院合作研制的功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料的蛋白质体外消化率、蛋白质溶解度(即碱溶解蛋白含量)、蛋白质水解度以及寡肽与乳酸的含量,其测定值分别为95.54%、84.01%、21.78%、12.03%与3.03%,表明其具有较好的品质。在实际生产中,为减少工作量,在进行功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料品质评定时建议测定蛋白质水解度。The protein in vitro digestibility（IVD）, protein solubility（PS）, oligopeptides（OP）, degree of hydrolysis（DH） and lactic acid content in functional soy oligopeptide-protein feeds（FSOPF） jointly developed by institute of animal science, Jiangxi academy of agricultural sciences and veterinary medicine research institute, Jiangxi new world pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. were measured. The protein IVD, PS, OP, DH and lactic acid content in FSOPF were 95.54%, 84.01%, 12.03%, 21.78% and 3.03% respectively. It was concluded that the quality of FSOPF was higher. It was suggested that DH was measured to evaluate the quality of FSOPF in actual production in order to reduce the workload.
