摘  要:针对镁合金低压连续铸造工艺,以复合模糊PID作为控制策略,通过对升液管口的镁合金液面进行精确升降控制,实现镁合金低压连续铸造的连续化生产。利用该模糊PID控制不仅实现了对镁合金低压连续铸造过程的精确控制,提高镁合金低压连续铸造生产效率,而且有效减少铸件中的氧化夹杂缺陷。Aimed at the low-pressure continuous casting process for magnesium alloy, a new compound fuzzy PID control technology was used for magnesium alloy continuous casting. The magnesium alloy surface fluctuation of lift pipe mouth was accurately controlled to realize the continuous production of low-pressure continuous casting magnesium alloy and improve the efficiency of magnesium alloy low pressure casting production. The designed compound fuzzy PID control algorithm can precisely control low pressure continuous casting process, improve the production efficiency, and effectively reduce the defects of the oxide inclusions in castings.
