显微互动实验室的管理及其辐射与示范作用

摘　　要：随着现代化教学手段的不断发展,显微互动实验室应运而生,其显微镜和电脑等配套系统的管理和维护工作是实验室建设的一项重点任务。实验室管理和建设的实践表明:制度管理和设备管理是保证显微互动实验室正常运行的有效措施,能够有力地保障实验教学顺利开展,为各专业学生提供创新思维和能力的平台,实现资源共享,同时,实验室积极对外开放,完善的管理制度也为广大兄弟院校同类实验室的建设提供了经验和参考,发挥了良好的辐射与示范作用。With the development of modernizing education methods,the microscopic interactive laboratory came into being.The management and maintenance of the microscope and computer matching system are priority tasks of the laboratory construction.Our practice showed that system construction and device manager were the key points to ensure the normal operation of the microscopic interactive laboratory.It was able to effectively protect the experimental teaching in a regular way and provide a platform for students achieving their innovative activities and sharing resources.At the same time,the laboratory positively opened to the outside,provided experience and reference of similar laboratories construction for other colleges and universities and played a good role of demonstration and radiation.
