摘　　要：以太湖富营养化水体、上海曲阳污水处理厂好氧活性污泥、同济大学校园河水等环境样品作为实验对象,在环境专业本科生中开展环境微生物个体形态观察实验的研究与探索。通过学生对蓝细菌、原生动物及微型后生动物、藻类等微生物个体形态的观察,巩固学生基础理论知识,激发学生学习的热情与探索未知的好奇心,深化学生对环境微生物及相关环境问题的认识,促进学生创新思维和创新能力的培养和提高。The experiments of individual morphological observation of environmental microorganisms were studied and explored among environmental undergraduates by using the eutrophic water sampled from Taihu lake,the activated sludge sampled from Shanghai Quyang Wastewater Treatment Plant and the river water sampled from the campus of Tongji University.Through the observation of the individual morphological characteristics of environmental microorganisms such as cyanobacteria,protozoa,micro-metazoa,algae and so on,the students＇ microbial basis of theoretical knowledge was consolidated,their enthusiasm in learning,interests in exploring the unknown world were stimulated,their understanding of environmental microorganisms and the related environmental problems was deepened and their innovative thinking and creative ability were promoted.
