摘  要:引入培训、教学双模式,增加实验教学趣味性,提升学生对基础知识的运用能力,北京科技大学针对透射电镜实验教学中存在的问题,建立了"三层次"(即基础理论培训、专业技术培训、操作技巧培训)培训体系。以不同形式的培训为手段,为学生创造了自主选择学习形式的空间,搭建了学生与专家、学者之间交流的平台,提高了学生分析问题、解决问题的科研能力,引导学生完成自主化的学习过程。从演示到理论讲解,再到实践操作的"三层次"培训体系的建立打破了传统透射电镜实验教学的固有模式,有效地弥补了电镜实验教学中演示教学模式存在的问题,提升了透射电镜在实验教学中的地位和使用效率,为国家贮备电镜人才的同时,也为大型仪器设备的实验教学开辟了新途径。In order to meet the educational aims of increasing the students' learning interest and strengthening students' basic theoretical knowledge,University of Science and Technology Beijing established training system of "the threelevel" (that is the training of basic theory,the training of professional technology,the training of operation skills) in the experimental teaching of transmission electron microscope.The training created opportunity to free choice learning mode,gave opportunity to exchange ideal between student and expert,improved ability of scientific research and cultivated independent study manner.The training system of "the three-level" broke the limit of mode of traditional experimental teaching,improved the standing and the using rate of large-scale instrument and equipment in the experimental teaching,cultured a lot of professionals,opened up a new way of large instrument and equipment for teaching.
