摘 要:随着大学毕业生就业形势日益严峻,高职院校在学生就业过程中扮演着重要的角色,起着不可替代的作用。如何解决大学生就业的困境,是当前高职院校面临的重大问题。就业导师制伴随着当前的就业形势应运而生,它在解决学生就业方面有着传统学校就业指导所不具备的优势。但是作为新兴事物,就业导师制还存在很多缺点和不足。文章将从建立就业导师的监督、奖励、培训等方面探索分析就业导师制完善的途径,最终实现就业导师制与高校、企业的联合。With the increasingly severe employment situation of university graduates, vocational colleges plays an important and irreplaceable role in the process of students employment. How to solve the dilemma is a major problem faced by vocational colleges. The employment mentoring came into being in the current employment situation. It has the advantage in solving students" employment that a traditional school career guidance does not have. But as a new thing, there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies. The article will analysis the approach to perfection of the system of employment mentoring in the aspects of terms of employment mentor supervision, incentives, job training in order for ultimate combination of employment reentering, joint enterprises and universities to come true.
