摘 要:本文统计了2000-2013年间刊登在国内外主要外语期刊上有关外语/二语教师专业发展研究的论文379篇,通过研读这些文献笔者发现,国内外外语/二语教师专业发展研究主要涉及六个方面的内容,即教师生存和发展、教师专业素养、教师信念与实践、教师专业发展途径、教师专业角色及身份发展以及相关理论的阐述和综述。此外,本文还对国内外研究的基本概况、研究方法、研究对象进行了比较,分析国内研究存在的不足,并对未来研究提出了建议。This article has made a survey of 379 articles concerning EFL /ESL teacher professional development published in foreign and domestic journals during the years from 2000 to 2013. It is found that the researches in the past 13 years have been mainly focused on six aspects,namely teacher survival and development,teacher professional qualities,teacher beliefs and practice,ways of professional development,teacher professional role and identities,and relevant theoretical exploration and reviews.Besides,the authors have made a comparison between the researches home and abroad,concerning the general situation of the research,the research methods,and the research subjects. Finally,based on the analysis of the drawbacks in the past researches in China,the authors have made some suggestions on the future research of teacher professional development in China.
