摘 要:随着我国高等教育体制改革的推进,高校毕业生数量的急剧增加使得大学毕业生就业难成为学校、社会和政府关注的焦点,普通高校发展处于由"扩大规模"转入"提升内涵"的转型阶段。主要阐述了转型期地方师范院校大学生就业难的主要制约因素,提出了促进地方院校师范生顺利就业的相关对策。With the deepening reform of China's higher education system,the drastic increase in the number of college graduates on a yearly basis has added to the already intense employment situation,a phenomenon that has aroused the attention of both government organizations,schools,and the society as a whole. Meanwhile,higher education development has shifted its focus from ‘enrollment expansion'to ‘intensification of competitive edge'. This paper attempts to elaborate on the main factors restricting the employment prospects for students at local normal universities during the transition period,and put forward some countermeasures in this regard.
