构建高职物流管理专业“产教融合,工学交替”人才培养模式的思考

摘　　要：构建"产教融合,工学交替"人才培养模式是党中央对我国职业教育体系建设的根本要求。本文分析了"产教融合,工学交替"人才培养模式的内涵,探讨了物流管理专业"产教融合,工学交替"人才培养模式构建中的普遍问题,提出了构建物流管理专业"产学融合,工学交替"人才培养模式的一些思考。Constructing＂production-education integration, engineering-learning alternating＂personnel training mode is fundamental requirement of the party central committee to the construction of the vocational education system. The paper analyzes the connotation of talents cultivation model, discusses common problem in the construction old＇production-education integration, engineering-learning alternating＂personnel training mode of higher vocational logistics management specialty and proposes some thinking about it.
