面向RCLSC的虚拟企业知识共享转化模式研究

摘　　要：应用虚拟企业的运作模式,根据知识在时间维度与空间维度的存在形式,提出了面向再制造闭环供应链(RCLSC)的虚拟企业知识共享立体模式,基于SECI模型构建了面向RCLSC的虚拟企业知识共享转化模型。在此基础上,详细分析面向RCLSC的虚拟企业知识共享的转化过程及其特点,从而较为系统地研究了该虚拟企业知识共享螺旋升级的内在规律,为相关研究奠定了理论基础。Applying the virtual enterprises pattern,the paper presents dimensional mode of virtual enterprises for Remanufacturing Closed- Loop Supply Chain（ RCLSC） according to existence of knowledge in time dimension and spatial dimension. And based on SECI models,it constructs transformed model of knowledge sharing of virtual enterprises for RCLSC and analyzes its characteristics. Thereby it makes theoretical preparation for further study,obtains the spiraling upgrade process of knowledge sharing in this virtual enterprises for RCLSC.
