摘　　要：目的:评估纤维支气管镜用于可视化气管插管麻醉教学的效果。方法:对临床本科见习的学生进行气管插管知识的理论讲授和用纤维支气管镜引导气管插管进行现场演示,以理论测试、视觉模拟评分和问卷满意度调查的方法进行教学效果评估,并与传统的教学方法相比较。结果:纤维支气管镜教学组学生的理论测试成绩高,教学效果好。结论:纤维支气管镜用于可视化气管插管教学可提高麻醉教学的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscope for clinical anesthesia teaching with visualizedtracheal intubation.Methods The clinical undergraduate trainees were assessed for teaching effect with theoreticalexamination,visualized simulation examination and questionnaire after knowledge teaching and demonstration of visualizedtracheal intubation by fiberoptic bronchoscope.The teaching effect was compared with that with the traditional methods.Results The trainees taught with fiberoptic bronchoscope behaved better than those with the traditional methods.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscope is effective for clinical anesthesia teaching with visualized tracheal intubation.
