辅导员在毕业生就业法律指导中的责任及形式——以《高校毕业生就业协议》为切入

摘　　要：《高校毕业生就业协议》是我国就业体制从计划经济体制向市场经济体制过渡时,对高校毕业生就业的一种管理方式,却存在就业协议法律性质和责任承担上的立法空白,导致就业协议在实践中产生诸多问题。辅导员在毕业生就业指导过程应对就业协议中的存在的法律问题进行详细的指导,并针对这些问题指出辅导员在就业法律指导中的任务和责任,探讨就业法律指导的形式。The Graduates＇Employment Agreement in colleges and universities is a management way for the graduates employment in college and universities in the transition of economy. It is a special result of two ways that dispatch them by the government and seeking jobs through market with the legal blank leading to problems. The students counselors should take the responsibilities of legal career guidance and explore its ways.
