摘　　要：对高校人才培养模式的理论研究是高等教育自身发展的迫切要求,从学生自身的角度出发,建立公平导向的人才培养模式是高等教育的一个重要课题。当今高等教育的快速大众化和实用主义思想盛行,使得高校人才培养模式产生不公。建立公平导向的人才培养模式要树立公平的人才观,转变教育教学观念,提供充足的学习资源,采用个性化的管理方式,实施分类评价。The self-development of higher education urgently requires theoretical research of talents training mode in institutions of higher learning. From the perspective of the students themselves, the establishment of fairness-oriented talents training mode is an important issue for higher education. Nowadays, the fast popularization of higher education and the prevailing of pragmatic thought result in unfair talents training mode in institutions of higher learning. It is necessary for the fairness-oriented talents training mode to set up impartial view on talents, to change the ideas of education and teaching, to provide sufficient learning resources, to adopt individualized mode of management, and to fulfill classified evaluation.
