摘  要:通过校企合作分析职业岗位群,开发出基于岗位工作任务的人才培养方案,构建生产性实训平台,探索专业设置与产业需求、课程内容与职业标准、教学过程与生产过程"三对接"的人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,满足职业岗位需求。Based on school-enterprise cooperation, this essay analyzes professional posts as well as introducing the de- velopment of the personnel cultivating program based on working tasks and the establishment of production-related practical training platform. Besides, it also probes into the "Triple-connection" personnel cultivating mode based on the combination of major settings and industrial demands, curriculum contents and professional standards, teaching process and productive process.
