摘　　要：高职院校目前心理健康教育效果不明显,高职生存在不少心理问题。积极探索以问题为导向,探索其产生的时代诟病,针对高职学生的专科层次和社会需求的实际,对学生进行可控感培养,增强学生自信,挖掘学生潜能,促进学生健康成长。The process of education for the higher vocational college mental health education in prevention of theory of shallow and mental illness, teachers and students are in a ready to accept either course teaching and learning the muddy state, the pertinence is not strong, the teaching effect is not obvious, GA vocational education to survive in the lack of psychological problems, how to problem oriented, to explore the generation time of criticism, aiming at the actual level of vocational college students and social demand, how to train students＇ sense of control, enhance their self-confidence, develop the potential of students, is worth discussing.
