院校合作共建“院中校”护理实训基地及运行模式

摘　　要：目的通过院校合作共建"院中校"护理实训基地,促进高职护理教学培养模式的改革。方法学校与医院签订合作办学协议,医院承担临床课程教学和实训基地建设,学校引导专业建设和课程改革。结果 "院中校"学生连续3年的全国护士执业资格考试成绩呈递增态势,成绩显著高于同期在校学生(均P<0.01)。结论院校合作人才培养模式下共建"院中校"护理实训基地,可使学生、学校和医院多方受益,是护理教育模式改革和教学办学质量提高的有效途径。Objective To promote the reform of nursing education mode through the construction o{ a nursing training base by hospi- tal-college cooperation. Methods The Yancheng Institute of Health Sciences signed a cooperative agreement with the First People＇s Hospital of Wujiang. The hospital shouldered teaching tasks of clinical courses and construction of a training base, while the school was responsible for discipline building and curricula reform. Results The students trained in the new mode performed significantly better in National Chinese Licensure Examination For Nurse than those in the old mode did for 3 years in succession and their scores went up every year（P〈0.01 for all）. Conclusion Building nursing training base through the hospital-college cooperation benefits students, nursing school and hospital in whole, which is an effective way to reform nursing education and improve teaching quality.
