摘 要:目的:检验跷跷板横叉训练器对横叉柔韧性训练的促进作用。方法:采用实验法及数理统计法对实验组与对照组的测试数据进行比较。结果:实验组经过教学实验横叉柔韧性与体前屈测试成绩明显优于对照组,两组测试结果成显著性差异。结论实验组的柔韧性经过跷跷板横叉训练器的辅助训练,其柔韧性的提高幅度高于对照组,横叉训练器对横叉柔韧性的提高具有一定的促进作用,在训练和教学中适于应用。Objective: To test the seesaw horizontal cross trainer's effect in the training of promoting horizontal cross flexibility. Methods:By using the method of experimental and statistics to compare the test data of the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that the experimental group's training effect was significantly better than the control group's. Results: After the teaching experiment, indicates that the experimental group's horizontal cross flexibility and Reach test scores were significantly better than the control group's, there is a significant difference between the test results of the two groups. Conclusion: The experimental group improved their flexibility magnitude higher than the control group through the training of the horizontal cross trainer. The horizontal cross trainer plays a certain role in promoting the improve of horizontal cross flexibility, so it is suitable for applications in training and teaching.
