摘  要:大多数医院绩效考核为院、科两级负责制,医院层面对科室考核方法和指标体系的探索和实践较多,而对不同岗位系列员工个人绩效评价的研究则相对较弱,往往仅由科室层面完成,管理水平参差不一。本文通过资料分析和实例描述等方法,提出对医院不同岗位员工进行绩效考核的指导原则、指标内容等,为完善院、科、人三级绩效评价体系提供借鉴参考。Most performance appraisal systems in Chinese hospitals are“hospital-department two level accountability system”. There are many research and practice on appraisal method and indicator system in hospital level, but limited research on performance appraisal in different series of positions and individual performance evaluation, which only carried out by departments. In many cases, the management quality jagged. By the methods of data analysis and case study, principles of performance assessment in different series of positions are discussed to give reference for improving the“hospital-department-individual three level appraisal system”.
