摘  要:根据"纲要"精神,素质教育的重点是面向全体学生、促进学生全面发展,着力提高学生服务国家人民的社会责任感、勇于探索的创新精神和善于解决问题的实践能力。结合目前我国理工高校大学生素质总体表现为人文素养欠缺、精神追求淡化、功利意识较强、道德水平下降的现状,借鉴学分制和微课程理念,本文有针对性地提出了"1+X"微学分素质教育课程模式,旨在提高理工高校大学生的"社会责任感"、"创新精神"和"实践能力",促进全体学生素质的全面发展。to the spirit of Outline of China's National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development, the key point of quality education is to enable all students to have access to education and it aims to promote the all-round development of students, enhance students ' sense of social responsibility to serve the country and people, innovative spirits to explore and problem-solving ability of practice. Based on the present situation where the overall perf.ormance for college students is lack of humanistic literacy and spiritual pursuit, with the rise of utility consciousness and the fall of ethical standards, this paper puts forward Quality Education Model for "1+X" Microcredit Program, aiming at improving "social responsibility", "spirit of innovation", and "practical ability" of students from universities of science and technology, and promoting "comprehensive development" of all aspects of all students.
