大学教师对内部资源满意水平及其影响因素的个案分析

摘　　要：本文对518名大学教师进行内部资源满意水平及其影响因素的调查结果显示:①大学教师内部资源满意度在整体上处于"中立"和"满意"之间,不同工龄的教师对内部资源的满意水平存在显著差异;②影响内部资源满意度的个人因素是工龄、月薪、年龄、学科领域、职称;③影响内部资源满意度的最主要因子是教师对"图书馆支持"的满意度;④内部资源满意度对教师总体的工作满意度有较大影响,其中"科研资源"满意度对工作满意度的影响最大。The study of faculty satisfaction with internal resources among 518 university teachers suggests that. a） faculty＇s overall perception of internal resources was between ＂neutral＂ and ＂satisfied＂. The overall satisfaction was statistically different on length of service; b） length of service, salary, age, discipline and academic rank are the demographic factors influencing faculty＇ s satisfaction of internal resources ;c） ＂library support＂ is the most important factor contributing to faculty;s satisfaction with internal resources and d） perceived internal resources satisfaction has significant impact on overall job satisfaction, with faculty;s satisfaction with internal research resources the strongest variable.
