摘  要:专业结构调整优化是高职院校深化教学改革、实现可持续发展的顶层设计,是增强服务经济社会发展能力的重要基础和根本保障。本文从分析高职院校所面临经济社会的形势、专业结构的现状入手,探讨专业结构调整优化应坚持的原则和应处理好的关系,提出必须深化产教融合、校企合作,构建长效机制,提升高技能人才培养质量。Adjustment and optimization of the disciplinary structure is the top-level design of deepening the teaching reform and achieving sustainable 'development of high vocational schools, and it is also the important basis and fundamental guarantee to improve these schools' abilities of training talents for the economic and social development. Based on the analysis of the economic and social situation higher vocational schools are facing and that of the disciplinary structure, this paper discusses the principles these schools should adhere to and the relationship they should handle with during the adjustment and optimization of the disciplinary structure. We propose that the integration of production and teaching as well as the cooperation between school and enterprise should be deepened, long-term mechanisms for collaborative innovation should be built, and the training level of high-skilled talents should be promoted. This paper aims to provide the reference for the adjustment and optimization of the disciplinary structure and the promotion of higher vocational schools' connotations.
