摘 要:针对某电控高压共轨重型柴油机匹配二级增压系统后的燃烧、排放及微粒粒度分布特征进行了试验研究,分析了二级增压系统对柴油机性能、燃烧及微粒排放的影响规律。研究结果表明:重型高压共轨柴油机微粒更趋于超细化,核态微粒数量浓度峰值在8~15nm,绝大多.数微粒粒径〈200nm;中高负荷工况下核态微粒比例达93%以上。匹配二级增压系统后,进气量和空燃比明显增大,缸内最高燃烧压力及放热率峰值升高,消光烟度及微粒排放大幅度降低;13工况微粒加权平均比排放量比单级增压减少了75.6%;低负荷工况下核态微粒数量及其所占比例高于单级增压,积聚态微粒数量有所降低;中高负荷工况下50nm以下的核态微粒数量及其所占比例降低,且微粒总数及积聚态微粒数量减少,核态微粒平均粒径增大。Effect of two-stage turbocharging system on combustion, emissions and particle size distribution was investigated in a heavy-duty common-rail direction ignition (CRDI) diesel engine. Results show that particulate of heavy-duty CRDI engine are more ultrafine, the majority of PM emissions is of size below 200 nm, number concentration peak of nucleation mode particulate appears in size range of 8-15 nm,and nu- cleation mode particulate percentage reaches more than 93 % in medium and high load conditions. After being equipped with two-stage turbocharging system, intake air flow and air fuel ratio increase significantly, in-cyl- inder pressure and heat release rate peak increase and smoke and particulate emission decrease obviously. Average weighted specific particulate emission according to 13 mode test cycle decreases by 75.6%. In low load condition, quantity and proportion of nucleation mode particulate increase, but number of accumulation mode particulate decreases, while in medium and high load conditions, quantity and proportion of the former below 50 nm decrease, total particulate number and the latter decrease at the same time, but mean diameter of nucleation mode particulate increases.
