摘　　要：随着现代食品工业的发展和进步,我国的食品添加剂也有了更加广泛的使用与发展。但目前食品添加剂使用也出现超范围、超限量等诸多不规范问题。本文分析了我国添加剂在使用中存在的问题,并对提出对策建议。With the rapid development of the modern food industry ,there＆#39;s more wider use and development of food additive in China But there are some application problems in current food processing ,such as over permitted range and dosage.The causes of the problems are analysed and five items of countermeasures are suggested.
