摘  要:目的 探索穴区内微血管构筑及与经络腧穴的关系。 方法 采用 ABS血管铸型及微血管灌注组织切片方法 ,观察了 2 8羽鸡后海穴区域腔上囊的微血管构筑。 结果 腔上囊微动脉在囊壁分支形成围绕滤泡的毛细血管网 ,并构成内膜下微血管丛。毛细血管后微静脉起源于内膜下微血管丛 ,沿途与各级微血管交通。后海穴中轴的结缔组织内微血管致密 ,并与腔上囊的微血管构成吻合。 结论 由于后海穴中轴的微血管与淋巴器官腔上囊的微血管形成密集的网络连接 ,提示后海穴的免疫增强作用与该区的微血管特性相关。ObjectiveTo investigate the structure of micro vessel in Houhai point and its relationship with meridians and collateral s. MethodsThe structure of micro vessel of Bursa of Fabricius i n Houhai point of 28 chickens was observed with the ABS vessel cast form method and perf usion of micro vessel tissue section method. ResultsMicro artery of bursa of Fabricius branches on b ursa wal l to form capillary network surrounding the follicles and further establish the subintimal micro vascular plexus, the postcapillary venule origins from the subi ntimal micro vascular plexus, and connects with various micro vessels along cou rse, the micro vessel in connective tissue of middle axis of Houhai point is ver y rich, which forms anastomosis with micro vessel of bursa of Fabricius. ConclusionsThe micro vessel in middle axis of Houhai point forms compact network with micro vessel of bursa of Fabricius of lymphoid organ, indi cated that the immunopotentiation of Houhai point was related with the character istic of micro vessel of this area.
